CiTTyNex users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

To delete your account from the CiTTyNex app:

1. Open the CiTTyNex app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to your Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Follow the instructions to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

If you are unable to access the CiTTyNex app, you may request account deletion by emailing:

Please include the email address associated with your CiTTyNex account so we can identify your account and process your request.

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the deletion.

When your CiTTyNex account is deleted, information associated with your account may be permanently deleted, including:

• Your CiTTyNex account
• Your profile information
• Your business profile, if applicable
• Photos and videos you uploaded
• Posts and captions
• Comments
• Likes and other account activity
• Businesses you follow
• Notification preferences
• Other personal information associated with your account

Some information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal purposes.

Deleting your CiTTyNex account is permanent. Once your account and associated information have been deleted, they may not be recoverable.

If you only want to stop receiving notifications, you do not need to delete your account. You can change your notification preferences within the CiTTyNex app or through your device settings.
